General Symptoms List
Hi
all. This is just an in general list I'm working on for a resource page for
sensitives. Especially those new to this. The list gets much more specific,
but would be endless. If you find any errors, or have ideas on format, let me
know. Also, could always use input if I've missed any symptoms or observations.

feedback would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully will soon have some sample
logs and such to print out and keep track of symptoms on. Any ideas on that

Physical Symptoms:
Headaches, Migraines
Pain in any part
of body; achy, stabbing, burning, back pain, or pressure sensations
Tones and ear ringing,
Sound and pressure changes, Rumbling, Humming, other sounds
Dizziness
Nausea
Chills, shivers
Plugged ears, pressure,
taps or clicks, flutters
Anxiety, Panic attacks,
flight or fight syndrome, sense of urgency, butterflies
Sleepiness, sleeplessness
Heart palps, flutters,
arrhythmia, mitral valve prolapse
Visual disturbances,
blurred vision, double vision, trails, after images, depth perception, shimmery
spots or shapes in visual field, temporary blindness
Stomach pains, indigestion,
belching, hiccups
Energy levels, sudden
energy, or lack of it, weakness
Rashes, itching,
other skin sensations like; tingling, bubbling, skin crawling, grating
Muscle spasms and
twitching
Other sensations
like; shaking, vibrating, buzzing, electrical shocks or sparks, stinging pins
and needles
Confusion, disorientation, clumsiness, foggy headed, flighty
Bowel, kidney, and
bladder pain and dysfunctions
Emotional Symptoms:
Sadness, tearful
Depression, Mania
